I was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis - suddenly, I had to give up more than just habits. No more coffee. No sugar. No alcohol. No processed or carbonated drinks. No explanations, no cure - just a quiet, overwhelming shift in what my body could tolerate. It was isolating at first.

But somewhere in that stillness, a new ritual began to unfold. I started creating my own blends at home - gentle, grounding infusions that gave me something to look forward to.
